Catron Horton, owner of Legacy Meetings & Events, was a corporate meeting planner for a pharmaceutical company for over 10 years before founding this company. She understands the internal workings and challenges of corporate meetings and has taken her expertise to 3rd-party planning to bring more creativity and fun to the typical work event. She also had to google “haricot verts” when she was asked to plan her first meeting, so she gets it!

Leveraging her experience and vendor relationships, Catron thrives on creating and leading the behind the scenes magic that goes into executing a spectacular event. She is a people person who loves to solve problems and come up with unexpected surprises for event attendees. She also prides herself in building the right team of talented planners and vendors to best suit you and your company.
